You can get right up close to "the last wild one", the wild river of Central Europe with rafting and canyoning.
In the Lech Valley rafting for fun is popular. Beginners and families will feel comfortable here. The Lech is even of drinking water quality and is also the last wild unspoilt river in Central Europe. The Lech Valley has already received many awards such as "Natura 2000". Since 2004, the Lech Valley has been a nature reserve. The Lech, with its wild river meadows, fits in smoothly here. There are many barbecue areas along the sand banks where you can barbecue in the evenings.
You can go canyoning in the numerous side streams, such as the Höhenbach in Holzgau. You can either jump off or abseil down the many small and large unnamed waterfalls. The naturally formed slides are perfect for a waterslide party and after you can relax with another dip in the Lech.
